I wanted to tell you some of my experiences from my new job as a nurse! I work on the Cardiac, Telemetry floor. We get a wide range of patients; some with chest pain, some have had a heart attach, some have had a surgery and then their heart started having an odd rhythm, some need medications that can change your heart rhythm. On my floor they are all hooked up to heart monitors that are being watched. We get more practice with CPR than most other floors. Anyway it can get really exciting , stressful, scary , and wonderful. I have been called by one patient , "The BEST Butt Wipe Ever!" And there are many more "awards" I've been given by my patients. Shelly, I love that you told us that you were named "the best butt wiper ever" and then you go on to say that you are going to go and "cook now." Ha! I hope you washed your hands first ;) or you may get a new name. You're awesome! I love and miss you and we hope to get home really soon! Give the kids kisses for us. I bet you're the best nurse, and I can't think of anyone else who is as perfect as you for the job!
